levomac Posted September 29, 2021 Posted September 29, 2021 Hi maldon, I am trying to install your Olarila Monterey image install on a seagate external hard disk drive . From the usb made from your image, I can boot, format my external disk as APFS with guid scheme, the installer begins and after the first boot when the second boot to complete install begins, I get an error saying : "error occurred while verifying firmware" . My hardware is : Asus Vivobook X512FAC, comet lake i3 10110u cpu with intel UHD graphics, intel wifi, I have tried the SMBIOS of imac20.1 as well as mac book pro 16.2 using gen smbios on windows. but error remains. I only have access to a windows computer. How do I proceed? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
