Hello I upgraded my processor to E7600 from an old iMac now it is reaching the installation point but i have no AHCI option in the bios of my Gigabyte G41Mt-S2 so disk utility does not detect my HDD

simple g41 is simple ich7 don't have ahci option :| 

create ur installer with dosdude tool

So if I understand correctly I just make a bootable MacOS Catalina using Dosdude patch and the image from Apple store and it will work or am I missing something?

yes. dosdude patcher add missing things for ur hardware

yeah, trying with all port ended with the same log. I also disable the "USB 3.0 mode" on BIOS too but still got same error too

Extract tables with F4 key in Clover boot screen, files generated in Clover/Acpi/origin, post here
