Pessoal.

Boa noite

Baixei a imagem aqui do Olarila do Mojave e não consigo formatar o drive SSD para o apfs e com isso instalar o sistema bem como poder atualiza-lo depois.

Alguma dica?

Obrigado

hackintool

Hi MaLd0n,

whenever I try to run Olaria High Sierra USB stick installer I end up on a black screen after selecting "Boot macOS Install from Olarila High Sierra 10.13.6" then nothing happens. I don't get the macOS installer screen.

I have a P6T Deluxe v2 Legacy motherboard with GTX 260 Nvidia SLI cards and installing on a SSD drive...

Do I need to follow the hackintool guide to get through? If so should I copy the generated config.plist file onto the Olarila High Sierra Installer USB key (if so where)?

I am running High Sierra 10.13 at the moment so I still have access to a Hackintosh to tinker around to get the USB key installer setup to work properly with my computer.

Added in 36 minutes 23 seconds:

Notice that booting to simply get clover’s “Welcome to Clover 5078 **** scan entries ****” screen takes an extraordinary 1m45s (after PC initial Bios booting sequence) while it takes seconds with enoch on the 10.13 distro that I am currently running. Perhaps that could give a hint of what may be my problem when I try to install 13.13.6 as new.

Pessoal.

Boa noite

Ok that is what I thought but I wanted to double check to see if -x would disable all drivers except those specified manually.

I will try the Inject + each of the other options on card a time, hopefully I will eventually get to to the macOS setup screen that way.

Ok I have figured out... It looks like NVDAStartup.kext in /System/Library/Extensions on Olarila MacOS 10.13.6 USB has dropped support for GTX 260 based videocards. Replacing it with elCapitan's kext (found on tonycrapx86) resolves my black screen issue. I don't need to touch any option and can simply go with the default values and the setup screen shows up.

UPDATE:

I also was unable to see my SSD drive when trying to install Olarila macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (even after enabling ACHI in BIOS). Solution was provided on YouTube (

) where a set of KEXTS are provided to be put on the EFI partition of the USB (EFI/CLOVER/KEXT/OTHER).

Hi [ref]MaLd0n[/ref],

Hope you are well. Quick question - how should I upgrade to Catalina from Mojave? Install over Mojave or do a clean installation?

Best regards,

Djuby
