How to get DSDT, etc edited to disable dedicated GPU on laptop with Intel HD 4600 graphics? Also is it possible to get the SD Card Reader working or not? Webcam possibility to work? And also flickering of screen (not sure if this is tied in to the disabling of the Dedicated GeForce GTX 950M or not). Except for these few minor things everything else seems to be working pretty good.

Replaced the EFI folder you sent me as it was. Nothing added or anything. Had to boot up from the USB which was fine. Got back into Mojave and ran the RunMe app. Here are the files from it.

I had created a backup drive with Carbon Copy and used that drive. It boots with USB but of course nothing is good on it. Ethernet, wifi, Intel HD4600, etc because it was just a generic file to run the RunMe app.

What changes were made on the DSDT?

At least my CPU doesn't sound like a rocket trying to take off anymore unless I push it. Before it was running high speeds without much usage.

Also the screen doesn't seem to be flickering anymore like it was. That is a good sign.

Any idea on how I would go about trying to get the webcam and SD Card Reader working... or is that even possible? Card reader just shows SD (XC/HC) for specs when looking them up for the laptop. Webcam... no clue at all. Just know it is 720p resolution. Unfortunately MSI didn't bother to release those specs out that I can find anywhere.

Hello, I am a nwebie in installation of mac osx on non mac computer, I managed to burn the Olarila image to my USB stick and I booted on it. Then I launched the mac os installer through clover but it's impossible to me to select my hard drive to install the os... I have formatted my entire hard drive to Mac OS Extended and selected the GUID option too but no way... I would like to know if I absolutely need an SSD or what? Or the problem is elsewhere?

What do you mean "pci only via kext"?? Is there a kext file for the SD Card Reader?

Managed to find out "some" information on webcam but probably not much. Nothing as to vendor, model, etc. Restored my old original settings when I got laptop with Windows 8.1 and it sees the webcam in settings under device manager and imaging devices as "USB 2.0 Webcam Device" but not much else. Copied some of the information from driver section about it:

hello,

today I'm trying to install Mojave in my pc config-core-i3,geforce210 followed by Olarila forum tutorials. Its almost 8hrs but still not success Tried many times with different process. Lastly now Im posting what actually happening till now.

1. Installed Olarila Mojave- Booted successfully- Installed Clover from Olarila installer files- reboot- Installed nvidiacard.zip kext files following the tutorials for the graphics-reboot-HERE IM STUCK WITH A LOOP.(video attached what's happening https://filebin.net/htsownv8br0g6d3i )

now after trying so many steps and clean installation again and again I'm stuck with the following issues.

#1. Its took almost 12min+ to show the lock screen if I reboot or start the hackintosh. Very slow booting(images attached-as the error messages taking the whole time https://filebin.net/htsownv8br0g6d3i )

#2. Graphics card showing geforce 210 1024mb but no graphics acceleration, no transparency.

#3. When Im installing the nvdiacard.zip kext and repair permissions its looping the on the boot screen(video attached https://filebin.net/htsownv8br0g6d3i ).

---I have all the extension-kext folder backed up from my High Sierra for that if any kext need for Mojave to work ---

So anyone help me please, as normal installation working but after that I'm not able to access the graphics, audio etc.
