[ref]MaLd0n[/ref], Hi. What is the procedure when there is a software update? Do I just install the update and reboot? Do I have to do anything after the update is installed?

Best regards.

Hi MaLd0n! I got farther this time but as soon as I got to the select language screen the kb and mouse froze. I did some googling and got an additional kext for XHC but now have an interesting issue: I can now use the mouse but after I selected my language and clicked on the continue button, the button got grayed out

I still could move the mouse and use the keyboard to go up and down the languages list but there was no way to click on the continue button. Any ideas?

After fussing and mussing I finally have Mojave 10.14.6 installed on my MSI GP70 Leopard Pro-486 laptop. Wifi is working with another purchased wifi card and video is showing perfectly fine. Doesn't even show the Geforce GTX 950m in the system summary at all so assuming that that card has been bypassed? I didn't make any changes to anything. Battery percentage is working, ethernet working.

Trying to figure out how to get the USB 3.0 to work. Put a drive in and says needs power to use those ports.

Attached dump files of DSDT, etc from Clover.

Any help on getting these ports working would be great. Thanks. I unfamiliar with editing DSDT, etc.

I can edit the config.plist inside the clover folder using notepad++ though. I just need to know what changes I need to make.

Thanks,

Looks like the edited DSDT did the trick for the USB issue. Now I just need to find out which audio codec this thing uses and see if I can get the audio up and running as well as the Bluetooth for the wifi card I purchased. Wifi works good but don't see anything on the settings for Bluetooth.

Plugged USB drives into each port separately and all at one time and works great.
