Thanks, managed to install Catalina using this argument every boot.

But them I'm not seeing any EFI partition, I'm missing something? Do I need to create? 

I'm pretty sure that I installed into UEFI mode, not Legacy,

 

Also the OS is very sluggish without audio, etc... But I suspect is the post install that is missing right?

And them is there a way to get back the Windows boot again? It's llong gone now when I installed Catalina.

youhave to know what chipset audio you have and install the specific kext for you!

also be sure you have connected 1 audio device ...cause if you dont thats normal you see no audio devices...

Well it appears to be Intel A171 with MOBO Intel HM175

Strange that I'm using a EFI folder specific for my Acer model that claims to work Audio.

Can I reinstall this kext, just the audio one?

yes you can install whatever kext you want with kext utility

dell e7440 laptop follow the procedure  step by step..no bootable device i try intall both config 1 and 2 no luck.i also mount efi and put the folder inside no luck again..any ideas?

an internal error occurred copying the installer to the target
