Thanks MSI, great guide, really well described.

My question is:

I have XCPM active, if using the frequency injector via SSDT or kext, there is a further increase in performance?

SO I can generate with ssdtGen.sh just fine but when I go to cpu friend to get the C-frequency or make a kext file I keep getting file does not exist.

u just need a SSDT.aml, don't need a extra procedure ;)

I understand Daniel you say I don't need the extra step but. CPU management is not working with droped SSDTs. It will not boot with type-in etc. Here is my SSDT that I generated.

ye, but extra procedure is just for skylake+ processors for fix bug HWP, u don't need it

what smbios u use now?

Some of us might prefer to use injector kext instead of SSDT. This is how its done.

Creating injector kext with CPUFriend script

1. Type

./ResourceConverter.sh --kext

Step B: Generating SSDT data using CPUFriend script

1. Download CPUFriend master zip https://github.com/acidanthera/CPUFriend

While you’re there, download CPUFriend kext from the release tab and place the kext in Clover/Kext/Other

2. Extract CPUFriend-master folder to desktop

3. Open terminal

4. Type

cd ~/Desktop/CPUFriend-master/Tools

Hit Enter

5. Type

./ResourceConverter.sh --acpi

When i type one of these commands "./ResourceConverter.sh --kext" or "./ResourceConverter.sh --acpi", none of them works. I get an error message in Terminal, "Does not exist!". I downloaded CPUFriend-master.zip, extracted to desktop and ran the commands (cd ~/Desktop/CPUFriend-master/Tools & ./ResourceConverter.sh --kext/--acpi) , and didn't work... Is this because of the version of my donwload? Do you have a older version of CPUFriend-master? Have you ever seen any case like this?

Will this work on lates i7 9750h?

if the ssdt is injected correct do i need to put cpufriend on ACPI? I’m using opencore btw.

ssdtgen said my CPU is not supported. I have i7-10700 comet lake processor and I've put data into the User Defined.cfg file, but it still doesn't recognized.

How can I add it?

ssdtgen сказал, что мой процессор не поддерживается. У меня есть процессор озера комет i7-10700, и я поместил данные в файл User Defined.cfg, но он все еще не распознается.

Как я могу это добавить?

User Defined.cfg: i7-10700,65,800,2900,4600,8,16

after is ssdtPRGen generate file  - ssdt.aml

after that:
