No no, I'm using High Sierra 10.13.6, the latest one.

Do you want me to install Mojave ?

Please let me know, unfortunatelly for now, the i9 7960x CPU is still slow.

My i7 8700 is better with the same configuration, so there must be an issue somewhere with this i9...

I will take the machine at home next week and we will see.

[ref]gprime[/ref], mojave is better

the best is used ever full native support like 8700k, 9900k

x299 is amazing, but need a tscsync and other, not a full native support if we need sync tsc

OK I will go ahead with Mojave next week.

And for TSC Sync, the only thing I know is how to put the correct number of core in VoodooTSCsync and this is what I've already done without any change.

Hope you help me to solve this issue :-) but let me put Mojave first, thanks again !

I have less then 50.000 in Geekbench... For a 16 cores CPU, it's bad... What do you think ?

Added in 6 minutes 14 seconds:

Is my CPU running normally ?

Hi there !

Thanks for your help...

I'm trying to compare i7 8700 vs i9 7960X, I have the 2 at home.

In Da vinci resolve with the same project same settings, exporting a video take 8s on the i7 and 6min on the i9.

Annyoning !!! But why ? Do u have an idea ?

K but can we do something to solve this king of "issue" ?

Cause I dont have an iGPU and on my i7 I dont use it at all (disable on bios).

And I have VoodooTscSync the last one wich dont need to be set up, so I dont know, what can I do ?
