It depends on the CPU that you are going to use, but for what it's worth SkyLake and KabyLake GPUs are supported in macOS Sierra and newer versions.

You're welcome.

I don't think you are going to have any issues with the integrated GPU on the Intel Core i5 6400 which is IntelHD 530.
