myvarimu Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 Hello all, just built my first hackintosh thanks to the incredible guides and rescources here.... so thankyou for that. Managed to get past most issues without asking any questions! But no thunderbolt yet... I bought the Designare because it has TB baked in, was under the impression i did not need to install Windows to get it going, am I wrong about this? Don’t mind installing W10 but was avoiding it unless mandatory. If it isn’t a Windows issue then I’m sure I can google harder and follow some guides, but would love a point in the right direction... TB connection powers my TB drive but obviously doesn’t show. The about Mac system menu show thunderbolt no drivers installed... Thanks in advance for your time people... Jack X299 Designare, i9 7940x, 64GB, GTX 1060 6gb, Samsung 970 m.2
