It depends on the mobo.

If it's a Gigabyte you can use this as a start. If it's an Asus use this (adjust VRAM,totalsize and model).

If you are on 10.7.2 remember to replace

                                "device_type", \n
                               Buffer (0x0D)\n
                               {\n
                                   "NVDA,GeForce"\n
                               }, \n

by

                                "device_type", \n
                               Buffer (0x0C)\n
                               {\n
                                   "NVDA,Parent"\n
