portugaline Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 Hello people, I used this guide to install High Sierra on this machine: Asus x299 TUF mark 1 32GB ddr4 2666 Gigabyte aeros rx580 8GB ssd m.2 samsung 970 evo after install I was able to update use FileVault reboot and encrypt my hard rive everything seems to be ok, I need help with DSDT pach to assure everything works perfectly, so far I noticed a problem in USB ports, also I use apple mouse and keyboard using a bluethoot usb pen, but I'm getting big lag on my mouse. formal Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 Hi MaLd0n, thanks for the hard work, I'm new to Hackintosh and cannot get past the initial boot High Sierra installer from stick, the system freezes at Mach Reboot, I cant even get to the installer screen. I have performed the following in the bios - Serial Port - off Sata - set to AHCI I cannot turn off CSM as then I cannot access the NVMe card I'm sure this is something basic but I can't seem to find out what it is. chuyin24 Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 use a fresh install, install clover and replace with my clover folder above It's a bit faster but it keeps getting stuck when I open a clover or when I'm coping or dragging files Added in 16 minutes 47 seconds: another problem, when the shutdown or restart does not start, it stays the apple and the bar but does not load
