I downloaded High Sierra Olarila 10.13.2 HFS / APFS Final. but I have no idea to install this on a MacBook Pro. i have never used Mac OS. so, can you tell me how to install it. I have seen the video but I cannot understand it because it is not in english. Please help Thanks

I'm having trouble in my log in KP Last loaded kext voodootscsync then MACH reboot my system by the way is Processor : Intel C2Q Q8400 (SSE4.1 ready) RAM : 8GB ddr2 4 x 2GB GPU : Nvidia GTX 660 2GB Storage 120GB SSD (Planning to install HS) 250GB HDD (Windows 7 Ultimate) Thanks guys
