bonejoev Posted January 24, 2017 Posted January 24, 2017 Hello everyone, and thank you for viewing my post My Toshiba satellite s855-s5381 Ivy-bridge Intel i7 3640QM hm76 chipset HD 4000 8gb DDR3 Samsung 840 SSD 250 GB My issue is that when it goes to sleep it wakes back on within half a second and then loops. What I'm requesting is a DSDT patch request. Everything that concerns me works which are; sound, Ethernet, backlight, brightness, PM. Also battery status is working like a charm. The one thing that I'm having issue is sleep.
bonejoev Posted January 25, 2017 Author Posted January 25, 2017 sorry I took so song to upload my files, is very busy at work. I also included the .dsl files for my DSDT, I believe is recommended to open that format by maciasl and then save as .aml Patches applied to DSDT.dsl Brightness fix (HD3000/HD4000) HDEF patch (FOR SOUND) SYS_IRQ FIX (FOR SOUND) 7 series / 8 series USB any help in resolving this sleep issue is much appreciated. thanks myfiles.zip

bonejoev Posted January 25, 2017 Author Posted January 25, 2017 and yes to clarify before the dsdt that you edited was incorrect, and I finally figure out how to acquire correct DSDT. I know sleep is very hard to fix, but at least we know where to start, the appleACPIplatform I think it needs patching or something, can anyone help

bonejoev Posted January 28, 2017 Author Posted January 28, 2017 everything is working well except audio and I had to apply my 2 patches, HDEF and IRQ for my sound card Realtek ALC269. sleep works like a charm and sound after sleep, also sleep on closed lid works too. I just want to ask you which patches you used for all the DSDT and SSDT's, I'm curious because I've been dealing with this for awhile and I wasn't able to figure it out. one thing though, I feel the cpu fan is a bit loud for my taste or maybe that's just me. also I noticed in the ioregistryexplorer app I don't see the x86platformplugin loaded in CPU0, is that ok? isn't that vital for power management.
Administrators MaLd0n Posted January 28, 2017 Administrators Posted January 28, 2017 extract ur DSDT with maciasl into system and send me, into system with dsdt load its ok in first cpu -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
