Hi everyone, and hello @MaLd0n!

I have been trying to install El Capitan 10.11.6 on my Acer Aspire 5920G for almost 20 hours now and I keep getting a Machine Check Exception kernel panic on every boot attempt. I have read that you helped someone with a very similar setup (Core 2 Duo + GeForce 9500GT) and I am hoping you can help me too.

My specs:
• Laptop: Acer Aspire 5920G
• CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 @ 2.00GHz
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT 512MB
• RAM: 3GB DDR2
• WiFi: Broadcom BCM4311 (replaced original Intel card)
• Bootloader: Clover
• SMBIOS: MacBookPro5,1

Kexts I am using:
• FakeSMC + all sensor plugins
• VoodooPS2Controller

Boot args I have tried:
-v npci=0x2000 darkwake=0 cpus=1

The exact panic I get every time:
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff8001dcf1ba): "Machine Check at 0xffffff8001dc90ac"
IA32_MC0_STATUS: 0xf200004000000800
IA32_MC5_STATUS: 0xb200221024080400

I have tried:
✗ Enabling/disabling KernelPm
✗ Enabling FakeCPUID (0x010676)
✗ Different SMBIOS profiles
✗ cpus=1 boot argument

I am attaching my current config.plist below. Any help would be hugely appreciated, especially a working Clover folder if possible. Thank you so much for your time!
