DUAL MONITOR NOT WORKING I TRY DID TO PATCH BUT STILL 1 MONITOR CAN BE DETECTED

Intel i7-7700 CPU
MOBO: ASUS b250-m

to be specified when i connect my dvi cable to my dell monitor both monitors are blackscreen 
but if I remove the cable only the hdmi is working

can anyone help me?
