Want EFI for Ryzen 3 3200g + Asrock B450m HDV R4 for Macos Ventura

Hello I Want EFI for Ryzen 3 3200g + Asrock B450m HDV R4 for Macos Ventura.

My Pendrive is 64 GB, I flashed Ventura Image with Balena Etcher.
Previously I tried the EFI file generated by Opencore Simplify but it was giving me this error " Panic Memory Stackshot Suceeded "

Mac Error - Google Drive

My Bios settings Settings :-
4g Decoding:- Enabled [Resize bar Disabled]
Secure Boot :- Disabled
Fast Boot:- Disabled
Sata :- AHCI
Serial Port :- Disabled
IOMMU:- Disabled
CSM :- Disabled
SVM :- Disabled 

few times I also tried with Monetary and also tried with USB Mapping.
Still I got that error

Now different problem. now the lines flash and my computer restarts and the Windows/opencore selction screen apears and I get same options again

Reset NVRAM
Windows
Instal Mac OS Ventura [external]

I added USBToolbox kext and UTBmap. [I did not removed any kext]
And added those to last line in Kernal -> Add

I also changed the SMBIOS to iMacPro1,1
