SeddaJape Posted yesterday at 10:16 AM Posted yesterday at 10:16 AM I followed the vanilla guide to dual boot macOS and windows 11 on my NVMe, but windows wouldn't boot no more. So I kept my NVMe for windows but added a Kingston SSD to use solely for macOS. I formatted the SSD to apfs and gpt scheme, and I even installed sequoia on it. But for some reason once I was in Mac, the only drive showing up was the thumb drive and when it removed the thumb drive, it still worked. As soon as I turned off the PC and booted into bios, I couldn't find my SSD in my boot menu and windows boot manager was my only option. How do I make my SSD appear in my boot menu and on Mac? I have the NVMefix kext and I think maybe that's messing it up but I'm not too sure. Anyone know a fix? .
