Found a time and install swift libraries to High Sierra unwrapped installer and found ITLWM perfectly works.

Python is a most of the trouble.

Found I'm can't also update Python(experimentaly found when try to use latest Sublime).

MacPorts and home brew won't install anything also

There are solution to solve all the security and repeat a try but I think thease looped crazyes again make something like that sh*t for all of us cloning us also into another guyes and knowing what to substitute.
