I have C2D and have applied NoteBook ICH8 patch request. Booting with -x -v takes me to language selection screen but then get kernel panic on AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement. Trying with NULLCPUPowerManagement, but appreciate if someone can check my DSDT.

Thank you. Yes I know X1300 not compatible. I will be happy to get Sleep/Shutdown working.

So, unfortunately, this is making it worse. I had a working install with my DSDT, now it hangs on ApplePS2Controller: Timed out....at readDataPort
