Papawankenobi Posted December 1, 2025 Posted December 1, 2025 Hello, my hackintosh is Z490 + i5-10500 + amd rx5500 and in Sequoia sidecar/airplay gives me black screen on my appleTV. But with same machine when i test with Tahoe OS it works, and with Ventura OS its ok as well ! So i have no idea why in Sequoia something is wrong. I have SMBIOS iMac 20.1 and in BIOS igpu is activated. The only difference is : my Ventura config/plist has no patchs regarding my broadcom pci WiFi card And same for Tahoe, as theres is no wifi solution at the moment on this OS So i tried removing amfi patches etc... on my Sequoia but still, airplay gives me black screen. Any idea on what to do for Sequoia to get Airplay working ? thanks in advance 1

Papawankenobi Posted December 1, 2025 Author Posted December 1, 2025 Did another test, and its very strange, i suceeded to send a movie playing on my Sequoia through airplay to my AppleTV, (movie is playing ok, but can't send desktop (Finder)or some apps window, etc.. but movie ok ! Very strange, no? Though with same Hack Extended desktop works with Ventura OS and Tahoe OS ^^
