[Troubleshooting] [Help] Can't get Wi-Fi to work period on Dell Latitude E5470

So, unfortunately, the only way I've been able to get this damned thing to boot up is through using Clover. I know, I know, not good to use that I guess, but if it works, what's so wrong with it? OpenCore never sees the Catalina install in here and when I tried making a Catalina installer using the OpenCore patcher on my Mac Mini 2012, it similarly wouldn't detect the installer once making it to the OpenCore menu. If I *have* to, I will convert to OpenCore, but I'd need help with that. All I want is to get the stock Wi-Fi card working in here. I am also open to suggestions for replacement cards that are known to work with Catalina though since I plan on replacing the battery, and if I do that, may as well fix up the wireless hardware in here to make it less of a headache. If you're wondering just WHY I'm using Clover, well, it's because the only at-all working method I found to get Catalina to boot on here was taking from this other person's guide: https://blog.katharsys.net/?p=6573 Sadly I am not smart enough to make a hackintosh out of a prebuilt machine all by myself. But hey, what's the shame in asking for help when ya need it?

Bluetooth strangely works perfectly.

I believe the card is a 8260NGW, by Intel. I have tried using itlwm.kext alongside Heliport, it seems to connect to my Wi-Fi but then fails with a ! exclamation point over the Wi-Fi strength icon. I have no clue what's causing this. It's just a Nest Wi-Fi system with WPA-2 personal, nothing too fancy. I haven't tried AirportItlwm.kext as installing it seems to be a headache somewhat, and for little benefit as it's supposedly less stable than itlwm.kext. I'm just stumped here, I don't know where else to look or ask for help. I'm sorry if this is stupid, it's just this is my second-ever time making a Hackintosh and the first time was a HP Mini 1000 (still have it in fact!) with, as you could guess, someone else's guide to help..

When I run OCAT and go to upgrade OC and the kexts, the kext list is completely empty. Am I missing something, or..?

Edit: Copied over the kexts I was using with clover and OCAT detected 'em, and got them updated.

I got the kexts updated and forgot to mention it in my other reply.

Now OpenCore sees the macOS partitions on the SSD (one for catalina itself, another for recovery) but now, for some ungodly reason, the keyboard doesn't work in the opencore menu?? Everything *should* be correct, ACPI and whatnot, and there's no uefi driver for the laptop's internally PS/2 keyboard I can find from this guy's github repo to get Big Sur running:

https://github.com/hawtkin/Dell_Latitude_E5470_Hackintosh/

Strangely, using the copy of opencore from this repo results in the keyboard working again at the cost of OC no longer seeing the partitions. Maybe I'll have to just experiment..

Edit: Tried with a USB keyboard, doesn't work. Eventually OC seems to time out and reboot, though also the three finger salute (CTRL + ALT/Option + DEL) works to force-reboot the laptop from either the built-in or a USB keyboard. I'll make another reply once I experiment with trying to "merge" that other guy's OC setup with my new one I guess.

I don't wanna flood Madl0n's notifications. I don't know, I'm just scared of being annoying because I'm not much of a pro at this part of macOS stuff..

I manually put in the VoodooPS2 kext from the github repo for it, nothing changed. I'm honestly at a loss here, should I just upload the EFI folder and someone with more experience could take a look at it?

Anyone else there? it's just been a couple of days without anyone else talking here and I just figure maybe a bump would help. I know it was thanksgiving and all on Thursday last week though, I hope everyone had a good time back then.
