Tech5G5G Posted September 15, 2025 Posted September 15, 2025 Hi, Whenever I sleep my Hackintosh (power button, close lid, Apple logo > Sleep) and wait for a couple minutes, I find that it has shutdown. I think this may be due to my hibernation being incorrectly configured. I am fine with disabling/removing hibernation if needed. Tech5G5G Posted September 21, 2025 Author Posted September 21, 2025 I've found that in order to fix this, you need to follow this guide https://github.com/badstorm/surface-pro-7-opencore/issues/133 and make OpenCore boot ahead of any other bootloaders (rEFInd, Windows Boot Manager, GRUB, etc.).
