Bluetooth Issues on Hackintosh

I have been using the Hackintosh since macOS sequoia launch i.e June and I used eft files custom made for my laptop and processor since then I was able to use bluetooth it worked for a week and after that it stopped working till now I have been finding solutions changing the macOS versions downgrading it upgrading it and could now find any solutions
My Bluetooth is of Realtek ( saw this in device manager in windows )

as far as I know that Realtek wifi adapter does not work Mac so I am use external adapter but for bluetooth it worked for me so there might be solution to it

All those adjustments listed in the page are already done and still not working ,, as I mentioned it was working but after that it stopped working . Tried resetting multiple installations of other versions changing of eft files etc

it worked when reseted nvram like for 2 -3 boots bluetooth was working after that it is not working , then I reseted nvram it worked for 1 time and while I was using Hackintosh it stopped and is not turning on tried multiple times resetting of nvram and sudo pkill bluetoothd
