Battery Icon missing and Power Management not working under Sequoia for Ice Lake

I have an HP 15-dy1751ms laptop (Ice Lake with 10th gen i5) with Sonoma (started on Monterrey -> Ventura -> Sonoma).  I used the Olarila Ice Lake EFI MOD pack and, with the exception of HDMI output and headphone jack, got everything working perfectly.  Thank you for the EFI!

- Graphics and Display detects with full acceleration; No HDMI output (known issue?)
- Touchscreen works!
- Sound works with Microphone (headphone jack does not work)
- WiFi & BT works after replacing with genuine Airport BCM94360CS2 (and OCLP on Sonoma)
- Battery and power management works, including sleep and wake
- All USB Ports (including USB-C) work with full speeds
- SD Card reader works
- Trackpad works with full gestures and multi-touch
- Messages and FaceTime works

Couldn't upgrade to Sequoia at first, but after updating Lilu.kext and Whatevergreen.kext to the latest version got Sequoia up and running.

However on Sequoia the battery and power management doesn't work.

- No battery detection.  Icon is missing from taskbar and option is missing in System Settings
- Battery section is there in System Settings, but settings don't work.  Always shows AC Power 100%
- Screen doesn't dim on it's own
- No audible sounds when inserting/removing power adapter
- Laptop DOES sleeps/hibernate when the lid is closed, and wakes when lid is opened

I've updated all of the kexts to the latest versions, including VirtualSMC, SMCBatteryManger and ECEnable.

Everything was working great from Monterey through Sonoma.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this Sequoia?

HP need battery patch. ECEnabler don't solve in this case.

Do I patch the DSDT aml?

It's strange that it was working fine in the previous versions but not in Sequoia.

I will look into battery patches.  Thank you.

Thank you for the advice.  I went back to Sonoma for now since everything was working great.

I'll play around with the DSDT in your EFI pack for Ice Lake and see if I can get it working for Sequoia.

In case anyone else has this problem, I was able to fix it by updating ECEnabler.kext.  Even though the version shows as 1.05 in the Olarila Ice Lake MOD pack, which is the newest version currently released, I noticed that the version posted on GitHub was different in size.

So I downloaded the latest 1.05 from GitHub and replaced the one in the mod pack and now the battery status and power management works perfectly in Sequoia, exactly like it used to in Sonoma.
