Mac@Visa What is that. Why does my hackintosh control me?

My dream is always to install Mac OS or have a Mac but I don't have the money yet. That has nothing to do with it now. Now I'm waiting for someone to respond to me with something called mac@visa or Visa Inc. who wants to manage me through the mdm blocking message. How do I bypass it? And why is that caused? in more depth to understand configure hackintosh enter the mac and after configuring with a program from orarila configure my wifi chip connect my wifi a message appeared in visa inc configuration and then I received an update from sequoia I updated it from mac os ventura and After the Wi-Fi went out of configuration, the message appeared again and I was blocked without Wi-Fi. Hi installed my hackintosh today and i get mac@visa. Should i reinstall macos? Is a legal problem? Can't find anything online

Serial in blacklist. Just generate new.
