Before we begin we have to thank the folks at AMD-OSX and ChefKissInc. Without them this wouldn't be possible.

1- Generate USB kext on Windows and add these kexts in EFI folder provide on this topic. Check HERE

2- Download EFI Folder

Desktop EFI.OpenCore.Ryzen.Desktop.zip

Laptop EFI.OpenCore.Ryzen.Laptop.zip

3- Read instructions HERE if need edit kernel patches.

4- Some desktops/Laptops require SSDT-CPUR.aml because they have CPU objects declared as device instead of processor. A good example is motherboard B550 and A520. In this case enable this SSDT.

We're all here to have fun and learn from each other! That's all Folks!

Thank you Maldon ! I have the impression that the B550 chipset doesn't make for a stable machine...lots of freezes or system overloads...I'm thinking of going back to the x570 or intel platform...

Hello everyone, could someone help me? I created my EFI for my setup which is an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with a Vega 8, I managed to install macOS Sequoia and Tahoe by applying the patches, but when I get to the macOS configuration screen it freezes the entire system and is impossible to use. Does anyone have a solution, can anyone help me?

I have setup

Lenovo Ideapad s145
AMD Ryzen 5 3500u
Vega 8
