Need Help Fixing Bluetooth

I'm currently running macOS Sonoma 14.6 on my Hackintosh, and I'm having trouble getting the Bluetooth to work properly. My motherboard is the MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk WiFi.

I've tried a few different things, but I haven't had much luck. Has anyone else managed to get Bluetooth working on a similar setup? If so, could you share what you did or any specific kexts or patches you used?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
