Alifandegar Candra Posted August 1, 2024 Posted August 1, 2024 (edited) Hi, newbie here. I want to install macOS Big Sur to my laptop. In booting and in macOS Recovery, no errors detected and it works normally, but, after installation finished and reboot, it stuck in kernel panic error: IOPlatformPanicAction -> IONVMeController and IOPlatformPanicAction -> AppleSMC. After force shutdown, the installed macOS is not detected by EFI due to the force shutdown (maybe). Is there anyway to fix this error? The picture of the kernel panic is included in the zip file. My laptop specs: Laptop: Toshiba Portege X30-D CPU: Intel i7-7600U GPU: Intel HD 620 Graphics Storage: SSD M.2 NVMe Samsung PM991.
