I'm trying to install MacOs on my notebook I5 3230M - 8GB Ram - Intel Graphics 4000

I did everything correctly (in my opinion) I made the bootable pendrive, activated the partitions, excluding the EFI folder and placed the EFI NoteBook IvyBridge folder, but when booting the notebook (in UEFI mode) several codes appear on the screen and then everything goes black , nothing happens.

how can I solve?

I tried to install Big Sur Os directly before, but I saw on external forums saying to install Os Catalina first and then Big Sur

Detail: the same error also occurred at Os BigSur
