MacOs Recovery screen stuck on "Examining volumes"

Hello, please help me install the Hackintosh. This is the third day of trying

I Try Install Big Sur

Dell Precision T7810

Motherboard : Dell OGWHMW Intel C612 (Wellsburg-G)
X2 Xeon E5 2680 V3 24 C / 48 T Intel Haswell-EP
32 GB Ram 2133
RX 580 4GB 

Audio : RealTek ALC280

Network: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-LM

i try open core method offilne but didint work 

then i try Vanilla and it work 

 

but after the apple logo, before starting the disk utilities, the screen stuck at Examining volumes
Sometimes pass Examining volumes but stuck on erase while try to format ssd APFS or other format option

Try this but dual socket is problematic on new systems

But what you mean about problematic about 2 socket

You mean Monterey and later

Dual socket is ok on big sur ?
