Recently, I have been installing Hackintosh on my old computer with the following hardware specifications:

Motherboard Name: Supermicro X9DR3-F
CPU: 2x E5-2697 v2
VGA: RX 570

And currently, I am encountering a panic error as shown in the attached image.
I am using this EFI: Desktop HEDT SandyBridge-E and IvyBridge-E Download HERE (x79 Chipset) and have made some modifications.

I have attached the DSDT and SSDT - (Results.zip) - generate via SSDTTime if you need to refer to it.
