Thanks! But new problem here:

I did a fresh install following your manual and default EFI folder, now ethernet and sound works, I want to map the USB ports but when I try to mount the EFI with ESP Mounter Pro, it mounts the EFI partition but it's empty, there's no EFI folder inside

The other one is the SSD (Where the OS is installed)

Paste ur efi folder there.

-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

But there’s no efi folder there to delete, do I just paste my efi folder into there ?

Yes. If we format with GUID EFI partition is created and we can use it
