I download files from folder and put them on my usb in usb efi partition but it doesn't bother to install it completely I have both HDMI and display connected to the same TV.

CPU-Z says it's a Coffee Lake and I download --OPENCORE DESKTOP--

-Desktop CoffeeLake Download HERE and then I put it in the usb efi partition

but that doesn't help I've also tried switching to mac mini but when I do that it won't boot if I do something wrong with it

Hello everyone, I tried this EFI with Tahoe OS on my M720s, which has the same BIOS, B360 processor, and UHD630 graphics card. I updated the kexts and OpenCore with OCAT, but I couldn't boot from it. I changed the SMBIOS to Mac Pro 7.1, iMac 18.2, and iMac 20.1, and now I can boot, but it freezes on "Start: : 509 Successfully initializes AHCI controller," and I also noticed that the USB connection drops. I no longer have a keyboard, mouse, or USB drive.
If you have installed Tahoe on an M720s, which SMBIOS did you use, and how did you work around this USB problem? Thanks in advance.

The Tahoe install worked well for the M720s. You must put the correct SMBIOS imac and redo the USB patching with USBTools. For the sound you have to put the kexts in the right order, add FeatureUnlock.kext and Alcid=18 for the Jack audio output.

im trying to install mac OS tahoe 26.6 to my Lenovo M720q thinkcentre , i managed to create EFI using opCore simplify and i can boot and install the os , the installation did not go smoothly at the beginning while booting , i found out the reason to be the USB remapping , if its not done properly the boot will get stuck ,
after i did the usb remapping boot went smoothly and i can install the os , now after i boot into the OS i had many problems , iGPU is not working properly , Vram is not working well ,i managed to fix the plist file in the EFI and now it works well , and 2GB ram is dedicated to GPU , the only problem im facing now is audio, the sound card is not even showing in hardware properties , can any one just direct me to where i should search to fix this problem , sound chip is ALC235 realtek ,
thanks ,
i will share the efi file later once its fixed so that every one else can make use of it
