Intel IGPU 530 HD very slow

Recommended Posts

Good evening!

I have installed Sonoma on my laptop Lenovo P50  (CPU Intel Core i7 - 6820HQ 2,70 Ghz) with IGPU Intel 530 HD,  GPU Nvidia Quadro not working).

Sonoma running generally OK, but graphics are extremely slow. Maybe this laptop - or Intel 530HD -  is too old for Sonoma...?

I´ve tried several patches from the internet, but nothing worked.

Thank you for infos.

Greetings

Sorry, just to be sure, you mean KABYLAKE? I will try that!

Because until now, i used skylake, this was working ok, except the graphics acceleration.

Thank you, I`ll give feedback

Hallo again!

I tried now really many video and written tutorials of how to change to Kabylake properties, i used OCLP, Hackintool, lots of advices to change plist and device properties in OCC to patch, i tried on other MacOs, but nothing worked for me.

I also cant boot from usb with iMac 17,1- Smbios ( as proposed in the install-guide)  "f) Users with IGPU need change SMBIOS (example: for Skylake Processor change smbios iMacPro1,1 to iMac17,1)" even with -igfxvesa.

Maybe you have some more advice for me?

Thank you, Greetings
