insideOut Posted January 16, 2024 Posted January 16, 2024 Hi All, I am trying to revive an old system of mine. The hardware is as follows: Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus V Gene CPU: i7 3770K Ram: 32GB SSD: Sata SSD GPU: Nvidia GT 710 I build the usb using the terminal sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Sonoma.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB Once completed i then copied over the IvyBridge EFI from: https://olarila.com/files/OPENCORE.MOD1/EFI.OpenCore.Desktop.IvyBridge.MOD.zip On boot, i am able to access OpenCore, the moment i click on Install Sonoma it displays the no entry sign.
