Install Monterey I3 8100

Hello i have this machine

I3 8100, B360m-a Prime asus, DDR4  8G 2400 and UHD 630

I install monterey but 

When loading all the nonsense code as it loads, suddenly what happens is that it all disappears and my monitor goes into tent mode, but I think the installation is loaded

I have the MOnitor connected to HDMI and I can't even use VGA, I don't have a displayport on the board

-Bios/UEFI in full default settings(Just change CSM to Disable if you have a AMD GPU and Sata to Ahci)
-Use USB2 port for easy installation with no remap USB
-Users with IGPU can use -igfxvesa bootarg for easy installation
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

It works thank you I can already see the installation but another problem I have is that it does not go USB hotspot from iphone to pc

I have mapped all the USB but it doesn't work

I also have a TP LINK 823N dongle but that doesn't work either so I don't have a way to download the installation via base system recovery

It still doesn't work and I have mapped all usb And I have iphone both cable via USB C and normal USB and neither works

the tp-link 823N won't turn on over usb either

I'm giving the whole efi you can look at it and also it seems to me that the picture is so choppy that it doesn't run at 60hz either
