Which os should I install my laptop?

I previously installed Mac OS Big Sur Monterey and Ventura on my laptop, but unfortunately, the WiFi and external graphics card did not work. As a result, I couldn't get any display through HDMI, and eventually, I had to revert to Windows. Now, I want to reinstall it and, since I use two monitors, I want HDMI to work. From my research, some people have managed to make it work with the same WiFi card and graphics card. Can you help?
