AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT Temprature in macOS 12-14

hello
i have a problem in monterey , ventura and sonoma latest version 

my gpu is rx 5600 xt asus tuf gaming , temperature in these macOS is not stable ,  my means is temperature growing up from 50 degress to 60-61 degress every 5 minutes

In the case of Windows operating system, the temperature is always between 48 and 50

When the temperature reaches 60-61, the fans work 

in the general everythings is okay , like performance and etc ...

only i have gpu temperature problem
anybody can help me for fixing this issuse ?

Thanks for your replay 

I tried this method before , but my mean i want my gpu like windows to be stable temperature without disabling zero rpm

this method disable zero rpm feature and fans are working always !
