SouEu Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Hello Maldonado I need help getting a DSDT.aml and SSDT.aml properly patched to work with Mac OS Sonoma. Actually I have Catalina (last version) installed and running and everything is funcional. I tried to install Sonoma in another disk, getting and using the EFI folder (clover version) for Coffeelake from your Web site and I was successful. However there’s no sound and no wifi. Those devices aren’t even mentioned in System properties. Bluetooth is working. Can you help please with a funcional DSDT.aml, a SSDT.aml and eventually the EFI folder properly designed for my Hackintosh? I noticed that in Catalina the Product Model in SMBIOS is iMac19,1, the one that I got running Catalina web, which is corresponding to Coffeelake, I think. But the config.plist that I got inside the imported folder for Sonoma has iMacPro1.1 instead. What shall I be using with Sonoma to run properly? This is my System: Asus Rog Maximus x1 Hero I9 Q9900 Memory 32GB Radeon RX580 8GB On board Intel 1219V7 PCI express Gigabit Ethernet Onboard Wifi disabled in UEFI to avoid conflict Extra Wifi - Airport Extreme - firmware version Broadcom BCM43xx 1.0 This MoBo uses Realtec audio chip with the codec S1220 (I think that is different from S1220A) I tried to attach 2 zip reports, one from Catalina and other from Sonoma, as I want to keep the 2 operating systems funcional, one in each disk. I changed the names of the Zip files accordingly. But the system in your Web site didn't allow to upload any of them. They were generated with Runme that I downloaded from here, but each of the files have 5,7Mb, so very much over the 2,93Mb limit. Please inform how to overcome the problem. Your help would be very much appreciated.
Administrators MaLd0n Posted November 22, 2023 Administrators Posted November 22, 2023 EFI.zip -Bios/UEFI in full default settings(CSM to Disable with AMD GPU - Sata to Ahci - Secure Boot Disable on mobiles) -Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead -Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen -Guides and Tutorials HERE -Hackintosh Tutorial Database - HERE -The largest EFI folder collection for Hackintosh HERE -Support Olarila Vanilla Hackintosh by making a donation HERE -Professional Hackintosh Support since 2006 HERE
