Vega 64 fan not running on Sonoma install

Hello, I have got my Asus Prime Z390A up and running with Sonoma but am having an issue with my Asus Vega64 graphics card. The fans refuse to come on and run and it is causing a black screen and I have to shut the system down. The fans work fine in Windows but the will not run on the Mac OS Sonoma. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Use this app https://olarila.com/files/Utils/VGTab_en_v0.4.zip to generate VegaTab_64.kext.

Change temp to 58 for example and fan start on this temp

Does it have the install instructions for the Kext it generates?

I try to open the app and it tells me that it can only be used on OS 10.13 and later and I am unable to go any further. as it only displays an exit button
