I have a working Mojave desktop running on a z370 Aorus Gaming 7 Board - need advice on how far I can upgrade please?

As I said in the title, my last hacintosh is my Mojave system running on a z370 Aorus Gaming 7 Board. I've just stuck a new ssd in so I can play around on a clone of the os drive, but, as a lot of my other components are approaching "legacy", I'm pretty sure I'm going to upgrade some of my componenets to go past Mojave.

Would anyone be able to advise me on wh`t I need to upgrade adn what OS version would be possible?

 

Would a run-me be the best way to upload my current spec?

Ventura or Sonoma just run fine with one amd gpu like RX6600
