javi_m Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Hi, i have a lenovo g570. Intel i3-2310, with intel HD3000 i made a bootable usb with imageusb (win32diskmanager didn't work on win8) and yosemite 10.10 for intel pcs (downloaded from TPB). I get the clover boot selection, and when i choose "boot mac os x from os x install usb", i get the following (see images). So, i can't do anything. Black screen, apple logo, progress bar, and then that weird screen, appearing like an animation (it shows from opacity 0, to opacity 100%, something like that). What am i doing wrong?

Sallice Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 Hello, I own Lenovo G50-70 CPU: Intel Core i3-4010U with HD 4400 (Turned off virtualization in BIOS) GPU: AMD Radeon R5 M230 (I disabled it in BIOS) I disabled secure boot in BIOS and enabled legacy boot. I used win32diskimager to write .raw image to my pendrive. I used tips from this topic: http://Olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=5006 I enabled: Kernel PM Patch, USB Ownership My boot arguments are: -v npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 (this three are auto filled every boot of Clover) and I added: -gux_defer_usb2 -gux_no_idle With all this I take care of: Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport, Automatic reboot, EHCI controller unable to take control from BIOS, AppleUSBEHCI: unable to obtain ownership, Still waiting for root device and Scrambled verbose boot screen with forbidden sign. But when I try to boot it starts loading and it stuck with spam of massage: disk1s2: media is not present. Can anyone help me?

samiljak Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 Hello, I'm trying to install Yosemite from your bootable USB, but I get stuck at this screen: Apparently is the "famous" Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport, but I've tried the method posted in "Common problems": fsck -fy mount -uw / mkdir /kext_backup cd /System/Library/Extensions mv AppleIntelHD* AppleIntelSNB* AppleIntelFramebuffer* AMD* ATI* GeForce* NVDA* /kext_backup kextcache -prelinked-kernel reboot And I'm still stuck at the same screen. What should I do? Sorry, I'm completely new to this and I don't know a thing... :S

samiljak Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 I finally managed to install Yosemite 10.10 and update to 10.10.4. If anyone has the same hardware as me, the solution is to boot the installer with the flags dart=0 and nv_disable=1 (apart from the ones that come by default in clover). When you finish to install it, you will notice it will seem quite slow... that's because the graphic card is disabled. Install all the drivers with multishit and upgrade to 10.10.4 via the App Store. Reboot and then download the Nvidia alternate graphic drivers from here: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/88655/en-us Reboot and select the Nvidia graphics instead of the Mac OS native (you can do it by pressing the new icon in the upper bar). Reboot and you'll notice everything goes smoother. I had problems with the audio, in my case Realtek ALC892. The issue can be solved by installing generic drivers and not the Realtek ones. Just follow these instructions: http://www.hackintoshosx.com/topic/22329-alc892-alc887-voodookext-optimized-for-yosemite/ Hope that helps someone!
