MEMikie Posted October 26, 2023 Posted October 26, 2023 (edited) Hello, The file you sent back to me for Sonoma did not resolve the issues I reported. After many tries at a proper config, I gave up. Loaded Monterey and have a stable install. Perhaps when all is working, I will attempt to upgrade to Ventura, then Sonoma.... If you think that is a valid path? The link below is the Send Me for my current installation of Monterey. Predominate issue is WiFi is not working. It WAS working, then I added the BlueTooth drivers and wifi s topped working. Even removing the Bluetooth drivers did not allow WiFi to begin working again. I am hoping, with your expertise, you will see something that I am not. Thank you much for having a look!!! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yMRb44AEjy8uU63EExmOPkBaqU0f9bhQ/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1i_ji8XXBRIpMhsUIFde68nbdlcO1lxlH/view?usp=sharing Edited October 26, 2023 by MEMikie

MEMikie Posted November 4, 2023 Author Posted November 4, 2023 Hello, You did such an amazing job with my Monterey install. I upgraded to Sonoma, feeling a bit more confident. Attempting to use your settings, I was able to get it to work mostly. No WiFI, serial is missing, weird issues. Can you please work your magic on this? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-hNpGTNieNPYecLpq1IM0UzCS0y1Bu82/view?usp=share_link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UaeM_1DD1HvLX9Z9kZ26WzYiLI9FibVI/view?usp=share_link 1 minute ago, MEMikie said: Hello, You did such an amazing job with my Monterey install. MEMikie Posted March 9, 2024 Author Posted March 9, 2024 Hello, Sonoma 14.4 update breaks my installation. I am wondering if there is a workaround or do I need to halt all updates after 14.3? thank you.

It continually reboots wile applying the update. Never gets to the point where it can be logged in. I end up having to reinstall 14.0 from scratch. It was at 14.3x when I ran the update for 14.4. Now from 14.0, only update available is 14.4, which breaks it and it goes into continual reboot loop. Any thoughts, experience with the update?
