Hello, I really need your help, for the last 5 sleepless nights and days I've spent hours installing ventura or sonoma on my Lenovo 20SM 15-IIL ice lake i7 but impossible despite all your tutorials here and even on youtube to just start the minimal, I don't understand. I'm not a specialist, my knowledge is limited and I can't get any further. Burn out!

Can you please help me?

I enclose a screenshot of my bios and the black startup screen

-Bios/UEFI in full default settings(CSM to Disable with AMD GPU - Sata to Ahci - Secure Boot Disable on mobiles)
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

thank you for your reactivity,

I've tested your EFI in every way but i still get the same startup screen :wallbash:
- however I had well deleted the EFI partition and replaced by the ice lake portable MOD before your EFI
- there is no CSM in my bios, I have deactivated FAST BOOT too
- I have well deactivated the secure boot
- I have also deactivated the intel VT-D
- well made copy/paste EFI folder by replace without merge
- I have even used usb3 keys in the usb2 . port;
- I've also used my usb3 key in a usb3 hub on the usb2 port

Maybe I should stay on the startup and leave it on for 1 hour? because 16 GB doesn't decompress in 1 minute, does it?

Can i ask u to make DSDT for this laptop please ? I send you info laptop on zip

thank you, I'm so bad luck, it's been 5 hours that I haven't been able to boot any EFI key in my bios :wallbash I don't know why  so I can't even test your EFI

there's no nvram in the bios? because it always displays opencore in boot devices even when there are no bootable keys on the computer.

I did not sleep finally,i try to instal last sonoma when I format the disk in AFPS in the recovery, the process does not finish at 100% but opencore restarts, I reopen recovery utility of disk and it is formatted in HFS logged,   and I install all the same but with 15mn remaining the installation does not restart on osx, but on windows and I checked the disk is always empty after this restarting of windows. I turn in loop, the bootlooder always remains logo window + logo olarila + nvram
