I have HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0001nj i5-9400 CPU.
and when I try to boot the open-core it gets stuck on

I disabled the secure boot, I cleared the security keys.
and disabled intel guard. how can I fix it?
I can't even get to the installer screen
