plz help me my hackintosh laptops touchpad isnt working.

i fixed everything else with the help of online videos. however after trying all the fixs on line for the trackpad non of them worked.

i am not sure how to find out what type of trackpad i have. I tried the fix for both elan and synaptic trackpads and they didnt work
