Need Advice: Just upgraded GPU from GTX 760 (OCLP) to RX 580

Hi all. I am forced to upgrade my GPU from GTX 760 to another GPU as the GTX fan is beyond repair. I don't actually need a new GPU if it wasn't for that. But, so here i am with a used RX 580 Sapphire.

My current stable hack is i5 10th gen running Ventura and had to go the OCLP way due to the old GTX GPU. Now that the RX 580 doesn't need to go through that way, how do I safely replace the GPU without breaking it. I'm sure i need to 'reverse' the OCLP patch prior to replacing the GPU. Is there an Uninstall option in OCLP? I hope I don't have to rebuild my EFI.

My hack: i5 10th gen, OC 0.8.8, OCLP patched, Ventura

Thanks!
