mapomme Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Hello, I bought a 2020 MacBook Air 13 inch M1 and it has an iCloud password (I don't know it and the previous owner didn't tell me) It prevent me from reinstalling macOS Is it possible to install a hackintosh on this MacBook? So I could use macOS on it even if there is this iCloud password? Thanks for your help

mapomme Posted June 10, 2023 Author Posted June 10, 2023 (edited) Hello, Every time I start the MacBook, it boots in recovery mode and ask me to "Activate the Mac" with the email adress of the previous owner, but I don't have this emal adress and its password : I think I need to do a hackintosh or find another way to activate it Will it break the Mac if I do a hackintosh?
