Hello! I've been experiencing low CPU frequencies when using GPU (iMovie, Photoshop or GPU stress tests).

I've tried using SSDT-PLUG (Dortania's, SSDTTime and compiled by me), CPUFriend and not using any of those at all.

Any help you can provide?
